Spur & Mount Identification

I recently picked up a 1965 Ludwig Kit that, for some reason unknown to me, came with the spurs and spur mounts shown in the attached pic.

I'm trying to identify the respective manufacturers and approximate years of both since I'm not convinced that they were actually sold as a set.

The mounts resemble vintage Slingerland's. There's a Patent Number of 2919618 stamped on the inside of each mount. I have no clue regarding the make and/or vintage of the actual spurs.

Any information would be greatly appreciated since I'll more than likely be selling these pieces and need an accurate description of what I've got in order to do so.

I think those are replacement sold by Precision. I wondered if those would fit an old Slingerland without haveing to redrill.
