I know there's a really old post on here about these - somewhere. I'm in Australia and I can't get the cymbal rivets I want : small, split, brass or nickel. Just got some Bosphorus - spent $40 to get them (minimum order etc) and these are so big! Who would put such huge rivets into a cymbal? They used to be half the size. The Zildjian ones are the crimped ones. Any clues? I can get them from Europe but they want nearly 2 Euros each!! I use these small rivets in my vintage Paistes and they get lost at gigs so I need more. Small; brass or nickel; split. Cheers.

I like the idea of being able to add or remove the rivets. To do this you need to use Chicago screws: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXH7fxNHz_0

Also referred to as "sex bolts", at least here in the states.
