The pedal aint for me. Ill say this the restore is a good job. The price is right. Ive owned a few over the yrs. These days ill stick to my iron cobras. The speed king would look great on a vintage ludwig kit. Good luck with the pedal..

Yeah, the SK is s special design. Latest project is a Slingerland Yellowjacket.

What an under-rated pedal. There are a couple of design features that push it way to the point of over-engineering.

They don't command much $, but it cost quite a bit to build one!

Please, someone from VDF grab the Speed King. (BTW, shipping is 6.50, half of what it'll cost.)
