Speed King Bearings stuck

Anyone have any tricks to remove the bearings from a Speed King. I have been soaking that end of the goal post for a week in WD40 and they won't come out. Thanks, James

stick it in the freezer for a day than tap the sides of the goal post should fall out...

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I got home last night and picked up the SK to clean it up and stick it in the freezer. while I was cleaning it, the bearing fell out on one side, LOL. I tapped the other side a few times and it finally popped out as well. I cleaned all the parts and greased it up, put it back together and it's ready to go.
