This spade tom mount was given to me a few day's ago and i'm not sure wich company made. i was thinking it's mij / mit but there is no stamp saying made in japan or / mit. now i'm thinking maybe it's american?. whats your take on this part

Can't tell you what era, but I agree with Pops, looks Slingy to me too.

Thank's guy's late 50's/60's slingerland it is. I would have thought that slingerland would haved stamped it made in the usa , on it. I dont have any slings drums now i'm due. If i where to get a set , what would be the one sling kit i realy should get.

Come to think of it I believe Gretsch also used the same one. Shows the same thing in there 1967 catalog.

As you know by now S/L used mount.But this mount was also used by Gretsch,Rogers in the 60's..These companys used these mounts but were Not made by them.They were made by W&A so was the rest of the tom mounts parts....Mikey
