The badge location tells me this used to be a C-tom. The teardrop mount is Identical but has no logo on it, This looks like one, (I think). But for sure, the drum is not factory and has been re-drilled.

C-toms were trimed so you couldn`t drill for tom-tom without seeing,...well, what we see here.

I don`t see snap-lock and the bottom t-rods are not Phonic.
