Some info on this cymbal?

So I made a "rookie" mistake. Went to look at a cymbal advertised as a 23-24" Vintage Zildjian and didn't have a tape measure on me. Ended up getting it ($100.) Got it home and realized the guy must have been measuring on top across the bell. Flat side measures about 22 1/4" so it looks like I got a 22". Never the less, nice cymbal, no cracks, no keyhole, 5 rivets (one missing) Can anyone tell from the stamp about how old it is? Pretty small stamp 1"x1". Going to try and weigh it if I can find a scale, doesn't feel that heavy. Also, should I clean any of it or leave it alone? It has a few green spots. Thanks Rich
