Snare Stand ID Help

Anyone have a clue what brand this one is?

I got a total of three odd ball stands I have no idea what they are.

I have one of those, only nowhere near as nice. It is my understanding it is a W&A flat base from the early mid 60s. Not the prettiest, but a workhorse for sure. Holds up well, no lean, just nice and solid.
