It's definitely east German design. I'm guessing trowa, roxy, or trixon. Those rounded slotted screws usually indicate those companies. Probably later 60's thin beech shell, not sure though.
Looks like a nice snare, not sure it's worth that much though.

I saw that too and wondered what it was. The hoops look German-made, those bullet-head rods look British, the wire beds look Japanese... I have no idea what that is.
You're probably better off without it Chris - for that much money, you can get much better drums.
