Snare Drum Info- 60s metal flake

the drum mute inside and from the patina the snare is at least from the 70s.... I cant find any manufactures name or thing.The things the screw onto the snare that tighten the head had little 1's and 2's in the inside of them. Any help would be great.

The snare drum is from 1971-75 made by Pearl could be a number of names 50+.What ply is the shell with rings or no rings?....Mikey

Well it looked to be a single ply of metal flake, and the inside...well i'll attach a picture. hard to explain, kinda tan looking. let me know what else i can tell ya to help me out. thanks again! info on old drums is a bit hard to obtain!

By the photo the inside shell looks to be with-out rings so that would date the drum from about 1973 the shell is a 9 ply shell...Pearl made again could be over 50+ names..Look at the air vent grommet do you see any very small nail holes from a badge? if not the drum would have had a sticker badge on it at one time....Mikey

checked it out, no small holes or anything like that. not by the air vent or anywhere on the snare. so what does it mean if it had a sticker badge on it...it was a less inexpensive model? and its worth? thanks for your knowledge and your time.

And I was wondering if you had any leads on a pearl tiger eye snare, 68 or 69ish. I have the toms and kick but no snare.

Mikey meant, that this type of snare drum was a common model at that time. Nothing exclusive. Even with a Pearl/ Pearl brand name badge on it, it wouldn't make it worth more than 20 to 50 bucks (careful rating, as I'm living in Germany, not USA).
