Slingy Snare ID help??

Anybody want to take a shot helping me correctly ID'ing this snare.

This is what I got so far but I'm not 100% sure. I think its a 76-78 Buddy Rich model with a TDR 100 Strainer. I can't seem to find this model snare with this type of strainer.
