Slingy Parade Drum

Hello All, I was given this old parade drum. 12x16. It is rather beat up and been painted a few times. I can remove the paint and clean it up. Fix some other problems.

But I can use 4 of these

HI, Do you 4 claws and 4 t-rods?? How long are the t-rods end to end..I have all these parts...Mikey
