Slingy Chicago Bass Drum

I scored a big pile of drums for $50 this weekend. Nothing was in great shape, and some of it was just junk, but there were a few hopefuls in the bunch. I'll be tackling this Chicago era Slingerland kick starting today, as well as a Niles era rack tom to go with it.
