I owned the first one known, from 1980 to around 2000. It was on the cover of the first edition of the Slingerland book. They sell for around 10-15K. There's about two dozen known, most are 5" deep. Jim Messina, the guy who does the Chicago drum show videos has tabs on most, and knows the exact number of 5's and 6.5's.

The last one that I heard of for sale was a 5 x 14 that sold for 16 K about 6-8 Chicago Shows ago...there are about 14-15 5x14s out there and only 4-5 6.5 x 14s out there.

Hi Mike,

I don't know where to find that one, but I would start with Steve Maxwell, he has a lot of connections. I would think that they are many guys/girls on this site that could turn you on to some leads. If I hear of one or this particular one, I sure will give you a shout...
