Slingerland zoomatic strainer repair

Loading...

I've got a Slingerland zoomatic strainer that is damaged and a replacement that does not have the tensioning knob and shaft. How do I disassemble the knob and shaft from the strainer?

Thanks

They were never meant to be taken apart like that. Unfortunately that was the way it was designed. You either need a complete strainer or will have to modify this one.

There is a pressed washer on the back that is locked in to place. You should carefully try and pry that out.

Here is a link to the Zoomatic Strainer that has helped other people when the pressed washer is lost or no longer functioning correctly
