I can't really see the condition from that picture. The bass drum is going to sound huge but be a PITA to haul around(if you are planning on gigging with it). If it were me, then I'd need to NEED a drum set like that. But, yeah, I suppose if they are in good condition, then that's a fair price.

Agree with the others and as one of our esteemed members here likes to say "condition is everything". That one blurry picture is insufficient to make a judgement. Is that some wrap fade on the tom(s)?
As others have pointed out, it's tough to tell exactly what you're getting. And, yes, I truly believe that "condition is everything"! Are you able to see these up close and personal! Can you get more pictures? It's a really nice vintage kit and worthy of being in a collection, but we just need more info and clear pics.
