I was just posting a link. The sale is local to me and I found it on Craigslist. I thought someone may be interested in it. Did I post in the wrong section?

Thank You,

This listing has appeared here several times over the last couple of months. I wonder why he can't get them sold? Or maybe it is a scammer? I have seen them posted here before. They should be worth every bit of the asking price.

Yea, he is a member here, I was just reading his thread about this set in the vintage drums section. Pretty sweet set, 3ply, rare finish, definitely worth his asking price in my opinion. Not sure why he hasn't posted them in the for sale section here?

this little mutant Slingerland kit of mine- are these two toms also "oakwood finish"? I was calling it birds-eye maple.

Eric, those are most definitley B/E maple, and sharp as a razor to boot! Very nice finish.

Shame for not polishing those lugs before installing them on those gogeous shells....

I am ordering a chrome polish as we speak for that project- just brought these shells back from the US 2 weeks ago- those lugs are old early 70 Pearls- the bass drum claws are 70s Yamaha- the bass drum was a single sided 16x16 - I had some old Mapex low mass lugs sitting here- installed them-- this kit sounds like a King but will never be a collector- it`s just a nice sounding players kit- it`s gonna be in and out of the taxi's trunk alot I hope. Glad you like it - I got 6 shells, stripped of all hardware as a package for 100$- with the used hardware- this was one cheap kit!
