Hey Slinger fans!

I walked into a Mom and Pop Music store the other days and found these on the shelf. They said they pulled them down from the attic.

Don Banks Music, Tampa, FL

Not sure of sizes or prices.

Are you saying that you will be listing these for sale? From what I can see, the majority appear to be 15" heads. One appears to be a Pinstripe. Let us know what you have!

Mark,

The store has them. I was just passing this along for anybody who might be looking to complete a project. The guy at the counter didn't know much beyond the fact that they found them tucked away "upstairs". Don (who passed in 2015) was a drummer and the store has been around since 1968. Sadly, there are not many of these places left anymore.

Hi Kurt!

Thanks for passing along that information. I know what you mean about these small stores. Back in the late 90's, I was in the Boston area for some job training. I came upon a small music store on a rural road and decided to stop in. Tucked away in a cabinet was a NOS Slingerland flush-base 804 hi hat stand and a Rocket snare stand. Months later, I decided I could use the hi hat stand. I called up the store, told them where I had seen it and they looked and still had it! Gave them my credit card information and they shipped all the way out to southern California!
