..Also in your photos it shows the floor toms on a stand that is wrong the 16" tom should have 3 legs and the 20" tom should have 4 legs.... nice set of drums...Mikey

Now that i have read almost everything about Slingerland on this site my set is a Avante number 60N with the optional ''24 bass drum , first showed up in 1971 catalog plus one ''20 floor tom
And acording to the ser/numbers :
-''24 Bass Drum s/n: 105321
-''12 s/n: 105035
-''13 s/n: 105323
-''14 s/n: 104168
-''16 s/n: 102105
-''20 s/n: 105069
the date should be around 1973
