Slingerland guys-what goes here?

Guys, I've given a VDF rehab to this Slingy Dynamo. I've noticed from the catalogs that it's missing this mystery part and one memrilock. So what is the part missing called so when I list in Wanted To Buy, I can at least ask for the correct part. Thanks for any info you can shed on the matter. Dean\Help2

It should have a screw down chrome floor spike and the lock nut...

Good timing had mine apart for a cleaning. No idea how easy to find one but they work very well on carpet. It's a smidge less that 2" long. You could probably make something pretty easy to work in the meantime. Like spike the end of a bolt and add a lock nut. Oh I guess it would be called a anchor or spur? Not sure about that.
