Pics aren't great, but looks pretty good to me. Clip on set-o-matic tom mounts look original, not common, but they were an option. I don't really see anything out of the ordinary. Looks like probably 5 ply maple shells, but can't really tell, ask the seller if there are reinforcement rings. I'd ask for some better pics too if I were bidding, but from what I can see it looks like a great player at the very least.
The 2nd mounted tom is being used as a floor tom, find a floor tom and you'll have a complete kit, or use as is,
The small tom is more than likely a converted concert tom.. (the one with offset lugs).. I'd say you could do better than this kit...
