slingerland equivalent of an acrolite

just got this drum along with a 60's supra 400..No heads on either. I play country , so I need some suggestions for heads. I dont like lots of ring..Thanks

Are you talking about the aluminum shell? sweet snare, I have 2, idenitcal, one 8 lug one 10, I cant get rid of either one, I LOVE THESE SNARES!! I use remo black dot and it has a nice snappy crack........
