I have a '58 Slingerland RK and was wondering if anyone makes a replacement snare set that will fit the clam shell strainer? Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. And yes, this site is very cool...

One quick note, I have encountered two different size screws on the clamshell strainer and butt.
The only reason I know this is I did the photo shoot on the application page and that Red Sparkle Radio King was my snare drum! What a beauty!
The text on the application pop up box does state the two different size holes.

Is it a little rod, a plate, a clamp...?? What goes in those holes??
I can't find any pictures that show me what goes on the bottom of these things that allows the snare wires to attach to them.
Not a Guru... just interested..
