An old bass drum that large, in decent shape (no rust, no warps, wrap in decent condition) worth around $150-200 or so.

If it has issues, the price drops sorta rapidly (28-er's are limited in their use)[/COLOR]

You're probably looking at a 1930-1940 drum.

My guess is closer to the 30's than the 40's since the lights are still in it. I haven't seen too many of those still intact. If you're looking to sell it on ebay I would highlight the light fixtures.

Check out these threads:

Finishes: Black Diamond Pearl seems to have gone through a lot of variations over the years, hopefully you can match it up to get a better idea of the drum's age.

Badges: At least you can get an idea here of the decade. Narrowing it down any more gets difficult. But I'm sure Ludwig_Dude or someone can help you out better if you post some pictures.

The good news is that it's a large drum, did any of the woodblocks or traps come with it when you bought it? That might help for resale value too.
