Got a question for the group. I have been a looking for a classic wrap for sometime, and have only seen a couple. Idrum4fun, Mark, turned me on to a set a couple of years ago, but like an idiot, didn't pick them up. My question, I was talking to a guy here in N.C. and was saying he had an Avante set in Sparkling orange pearl. Have you guys ever seen a set such as this? Also, I want the bass to be 14 x 22 or 24. I see one that just sold on Reverb, an Avante in orange pearl, a real beauty with a 22" bass drum. So they do exist.

Thanks guys, another question, my Rib Cook Slingerland book shows, the Sparkle Orange Pearl wrap was only made in 70 to 73, so you all know if the model, Modern solo, 2R, came in that wrap in a 76 model. I suspect the earlier models, 63 to 77 did not have that wrap, not the bass size 14x 22.
