My floor tom arrived today! Packed very well, too. All I can say is "Holy Moly"! This drum is as close to NOS as you would ever hope to find. Incredibly clean with shiny chrome and very clean tension rods and washers. The reso head is original and looks great. The batter head is a bit worn and appears to be a 70's model. After removing this head, you can still smell the interior tan paint! Just installed my NOS 60's Tom Batter and the drum could almost pass for new! Can you tell I'm happy? LoLoLoLo

The rest of my kit is at my girlfriend's house, about 40 miles away. Hoping to go there this weekend and set it up and take pictures. Life is good!

Be careful Mark, the fumes inside the drum are addictive and can lead to more purchasing. :D

Glad this one has worked out for you. I hope this girlfriend is trustworthy. Would be awful for her to have possession of your kits 40 miles away in the event of a breakup!!!!Laughing H
