Slingerland 1 ply ?

Loading...

I've got a solid shell snare with a late 50's 3 pt. that has three vent holes.

The grommets all look/feel original ?? What do you think??

Thanks,

Phil

Let's see some photos, from both the exterior and interior.

I recall maybe Webmaster saying there were some multi-vented old Slingerland snares made, so maybe he will chime in.

That'd make that snare of yours pretty special, drumphils.

Do you have a photo ?

Thanks for the interest, I still need to borrow a better camera than I have to take some decent shots of the vents, hopefully in the next day or two.

While I'd never seen a solid shell with 3 vents until I found this one, I have a 4 vent Spitfire and have seen the 3 vent BR's mentioned in the other threads.

I'll post some pics soon.

Thanks,

Phil
