I have a post tom mount ready Mayfair/ (STAR) Bass Drum. Looking for the HW to mount the tom. I have the receiver in the BD. I also have many pieces so it may not have to be complete. The post is about 3/4 inches diameter. Typical MIJ down tube. Need ASAP....Help.

I have the bass drum mount, the L-arm, carriage bolt and the down tube/post. The u-bolt and down tube mounts do not have any ratchet or stops to keep the tom and L-arm from rotating on the carriage bolt (x-axis) . The L-arm does not twist in the u-bolt, the U-bolt turns around the carriage bolt sideways like a clock arm. Maybe a lock ring or ratchet is broken off or worn off???

The L-arm is fine and knurling is good, but I would replace with modern style L rod for the tom mount if the post to u-clamp can be solved.

After some internet research. I need the u-clamp pictured (3-holes). and to replace my down tube as the male piece that locks the angle with the three holes was evidently spot welded and is gone. I may be able to fix the down tube with a small screw. Any help appreciated.

DONE!
