It does Marko... It has unfortunately curbed much of my overseas purchasing...
It makes it difficult to obtain any sort of a decent deal...

Before 9/11 I was doing brisk business selling overseas using" the sea",rather than airplane mode.that option went away and so did my business.For some time I could not ship anything over 24 by 24 by 24.boxes out of USA .It was fun while it lasted.Vati
