i've been looking for a mid-50's radio king bdp (dark!) floor tom for a few years to complete a kit, had decided that ideally i'd love a 15" knowing full well they wouldn't exist. then the other night a 15" marching snare in the matching finish shows up on ebay with a low buy it now!

couldn't believe it! it wouldn't let me buy it because i was in canada. couldn't message the person either. called them the next morning, had an awesome conversation, the guy was gonna cut me a further deal and then someone bought it while we chatted!

too funny. heartbreaking but funny. missed it by 2 minutes, only because was having a good time talking drums! the funny thing is i don't feel bad about it at all. weird thing, this sickness!
