Well, I wasn't talking about private sales. I was speaking of retail stores based online (amazon, Mus. Friend, Ebay-new product listings only). I can't believe it has gone this long without being taxed! I wonder who the first person was to sell something as a retail spot online, then when tax time came around, told the guy "What? Nah, it's online, not on land. I don't have to pay sales tax on my sales like EVERYONE else." That guy, may actually be a hero of mine, haha!

If there was a sales tax on only US based retailers,...they would go and put them up on a site based in Somalia or Yemen. Since this country has gone from industrialized to retail, that would kill the ecomomy !! Just one more reason to move buisnesses out to foriegn lands !!

If a deal went sour, would I get my taxes back ?
