1983-1986ish for this style of Sound Control ink label so far as I have been able to determine. It gets called red or purple depending on how the inks change color over time.

Value? I don't have much data but perhaps around the $100 mark? Some people are fans of these Sound Control crashes (in general) and this particular ink style...but it's about finding those buyers.
