Rogers XP kits

Loading...

Does anyone have any thoughts on the early xp kits?I had an early set in the 80`s and yes the hardware may not be swivomatic but did seem to still function well and I loved the set.Maybe I`m not as decerning as some, but really did not notice much difference in the five piece Red Onyx kit I bought in 1972 as I remember. Also what was the name of that kit,I think I remember it being called a Londoner it had a Dynasonic snare two rack mount, swivomatic style, speckled trunk paint interiors and was durable as hell and sounded great. Thanks for any help that can be offered.I tended to just play and not get too wrapped up in the details of course back then they were not vintage drums as now I`m vintage as well.By the way I love this forum.Gary Van FleetKeep on Pl
