Some more pictures!

I used a small hi hat felt to cushion the black plastic linkage from hitting against the bottom of the stand. Look closely and you can see the stripped-out hole for the original 8-32 set screw. I drilled through to the other side with a smaller bit and tapped it for a 6-32 set screw.

Three of the original rubber feet were still on the pedal heel. The fourth, and smaller, foot is a replacement found on eBay. I was also able to track down a NOS anchor plate, which is attached with a DW 1/4-20 key head bolt.

What was completely missing was the original cast plate and drum-key bolt that allows the spring tension to be set. In a semi stroke of genius LoLoLoLo I took a cover plate from a Tama Iron Cobra pedal, used to clamp down the pedal chain, and used it, along with a 1/4-20 drum-key bolt. It works perfectly!

The black hi hat cup is the original Rogers, but was missing the small 6-32 thumb screw to tilt the lower cymbal. I drilled and re-tapped this hole to accommodate a Slingerland 8-32 thumb screw I had on hand. It works great!

The large chrome washer and felt for the cup are Gibraltar replacements. The felt washer is a bit thin, so I installed another felt washer I had on hand to give a little more "cush" to the lower cymbal.

Installed on the tripod legs were some nice aftermarket feet I had, which fit the legs perfectly!

Finally, the clutch is an older Pearl model. What I like about this style is that it grips around the rod, rather than the T screw tightening into the rod.

There you have it. A perfectly functioning Rogers Supreme Hi Hat Stand that was saved from metal recycling!

I'm going to list this for sale on our forum. I'll only be charging for the cost of replacement parts and shipping!
