Rogers Strata Drums

I need some information on this Rogers kit. The 16,22 are original, but the 12 is a re-wrap. Is this a rare finish, what year was it offered? Thanks.

Something like 1967-1971 was the the range offered. Many kits, including my Blue Strata 12 16 20, are mixed Dayton/Fullerton badged. All strata finishes are less common than normal, and fragile, thus your rewrap.
