If you're looking for 'vintage' Rogers, I don't think this is it. Not a Rogers expert, but there are some tell-tale signs. Probably a more current... Asian version?

Sorry. I should have been more detailed. I was making a joke on what people list stuff for rather than really what it is. Walking

Being CL I'm surprised the guy isn't asking for $1200, that seems to be standard operating procedure......"I have this Gammon drum set that I have added some Sabian B8 cymbals to. I have invested $3800 my loss is your gain!!!!!"

The spurs? I think the most telltale give-away is the cheap import tom mounts, the cheap lugs, the metal bd hoops, and the missing "USA" under the "S" in the Rogers logo. As a proud Rogers owner, it kills me to see this once revered brand name prostituted out to sell this crap. It reminds me of when Packard sold their name to Studebaker. (now I must really sound like a cranky old geezer).

"Cranky old geezer" or what, I don't care -- I agree!

I've never owned/played Vintage Rogers, but I was well aware of their quality back-in-the-day. The first time I saw one of the new "Asian" versions in a music store, I just about had a heart-attack...
