At $1450 with the PowerTone, you can't miss. That's the Catalog set except you get the bonus of a pearl snare. Includes the tom and cymbal 'L' arms too. Problem is, you have to be able to pick them up.

Many of us would drive a long round trip to get them. Many others of us would try to network with a friend near the seller to act as our agent. I've done the networking with great ease and great success.

That's just a gorgeous Headliner set! Maybe a road trip is in order? I can fly out there and rent a car to drive back to southern California! Then, again, the weather is pretty lousy across the US right now! Well, I can dream!!

I had just finished convincing some friends in NYC to go and grab this for me (amazingly, they weren't especially excited about it), but apparently they were just sold. Bummer. Surprising that it took them a month to sell. I guess now I don't have to figure out how I would have gotten them to Socal. And at least my friends are happy!

For lovers of Rogers and WMP, that might have been the deal of 2021.

For sure. I wouldn't be surprised if someone on this forum got them, seeing as they were listed for a month, and then sold a couple of days after you posted them here. If so, I hope we get to see some more pictures of them. They are stunning.

Agreed. Would be nice to see them show up. Maybe Steve Maxwell sent one of his guys out to get them. He's a big fan of Rogers and WMP.
