I think that BB kit will become a part of your family reunion and definately a part of your drum family.Really super condition set and look like they just walked off the showroom floor.Congrat`s on July 4th-great score!

Long story, but I wound up having the seller ship them and they arrived today with the most intense packing job I've ever seen. They came with well-used Pinstripes top and bottom and still sound good enough to gig: I can't wait to hear them when I get my standard coated Ambassador/clear Diplomat setup on them.

Now that I've experienced it first-hand, I now know why so many drummers chose Swiv-O-Matic mounts on non-Rogers drums back in the day. That unit is simple and solid: Once you get it adjusted with a regular drum key, getting the toms on and off from there on in is a piece of cake with no tools required.

I'm glad you grabbed a Dyna! I like Powertones too, but I particularly like the Dyna. Maybe I have a good one, but I don;t find it "finicky" at all.. Enjoy!

I have the same set (also matching) in very good shape, not as good as these, that I am looking to sell. Have too many drums and need to cull the collection. I can get pics up soon if there's any interest.
