I never left the vintage hardware behind. I still have quite a few giggable stands that go all the way back to the mid 1950s. Most of those stands, irrespective of the brand name on them, were made by Walberg & Auge or Camco. I think that Slingerland made some of their own. The tubes, rods, nuts, bolts, and most other parts on these stands are interchangeable. I've interchanged those parts so many times over the years that I have no idea which of them came together on the same stand.
