Rogers "Banner" floor tom?

so my uncle has a 60's Rogers set (Red Onyx) with a Dayton (bass drum) Cleavland (tom/floor) and a COB Dynasonic.

today i was very stumped when i was looking at the tag on his 16x16 floor tom.

it says "BANNER MODEL" but banner is crossed out. and about it written in like a type-writer font it says "Holiday"

could this be a factor defect?

my uncle did some research and said that the "Banner Model" would have just been a kick and a snare?

can anyone shed some light?

It was a common thing to have the paper tags marked over or typed on. No big.
