I just noticed that my 12 and 20 have the seam in the middle of the lug, where as the 16 is on the edge of the lug. Is that an indication that the 16 was re-wrapped? Thanks.

Possibly, but not necessarily. I'd look for other indications. Changes to the vent grommet, the nails for the Rogers script and so forth. It looks as if you have drums from two differing eras there. Maybe Cleveland/Dayton and the 16x16 Fullerton??

The grommet and nails in Rogers script look good. Btw, they all have Cleveland tags.
