ROGERS Powertone specs - PLEASE!?!?

Hello gentleman,

I am the new guy as of 9:00 EST. I need some info on a 5 x 14 ROGERS PowerTone snare drum, chrome over brass.

What I need to know is, "are the rims chrome plated brass as well, or are they just metal? This info may decide the price and purchase of this particular drum.

Chrome over steel hoops, chrome over brass shell.

What lugs are on the drum? Beavertails or B&B? Post a pic.

Even for a very fine specimen, you should not pay more than 250.00 For a player, not more than 150.00.
