Rogers Powertone snare lug style and length?

Hi,

I have a '64-'65 Rogers 5"x14" Powertone snare to work on. It has the rims and lug casings, but no tension rods (or washers).

What is the correct length of tension rod to use? And are Rogers tension rods of a certain "style" that can be distinguished?
