Rogers natural brass DYNA-SONIC snare drum parts

Hi all!

I have a Rogers natural brass DYNA-SONIC snare drum that needs a couple of parts to finish it

I need to get the Tension Lock for the lugs and the little metal or plastic tube that goes in the middle of the BIG R logo. Would anybody here sell this or would know where to find it?

I know a lot of you would know exactly what I'm talking about, but just in case I described something wrong, you can see what I'm talking about in on the first picture in this link:
