I have this mount, but it doesn't line up with the hole pattern on a 9/72 12 inch tom. The top 2 holes are are off by half the hole. I can assume it was for a bass spur or a cymbal mount or floor tom?
Anyways if anyone has the correct mount for a 9/72 tom in the same condition and is willing to trade let me know.

Early mounts have slightly different hole patterns, as you have found out. 2 of the holes were moved slightly to the outside of the plate. That is an early mount with the closer to center pattern. Usually, any mount will fit anywhere on the drum you want.
