Early Rogers Luxor with rare cast b&b lugs (that don't crack). I have only seen these lugs on early Luxors. Perhaps Rogers was seeing cracked b&b's on this model due to the stress of tensioning 6 lugs and this was their remedy. Here's a better look at the lugs....
They have a ridge around the base of the lug.
