Kookadams asked about the age of the kit. Sorry for slow response, but I've been out of contact for a two week break in Scotland, where by the way, jazz is alive and kicking at the Jazz Bar on Chambers Street. And I was able to pick up an Evan bass head at Drum Central. That is a really nice drum shop on Clerk Street carrying USA Gretsch drums. There is also a small vintage drum shop that I think was on West Bow called the Drum Vault (right near Greyfriars Bobby).

Anyway, I digress. The kit is '68. Speckled interiors on bass and toms with normal clear finish on the inside of the Dyna.

No opposite side photos available at the moment and the kit is about 5000 miles away right now. I have a blue sparkle '65 20,12,14 with COB Dyna from '67 with me right now and I have a gig tomorrow night at the US Consulate (in a country that will remain unnamed) and I will be using that kit.

Odd to see this thread resurrected two months downstream, but glad you liked it.

There's one nearly the same right now on eBay. Same sizes in jet black. Just the three piece basic kit though. Seems that someone put a Pratt muffler in the bass.
