Have them all cleaned and polished. Holding off on the 14" as the hardware is not where it needs to be but the shell came out great. I am going to play these as a 4 piece anyway. After I borrow some heads and a couple things from another kit I should have these playable tonight and can make some pics in the morning light. These came out much better than I imagined when I first lay eyes on them.

I want to eventually get what I need for the 14" ju$t don't have the extra ca$h on hand. Rough month. Property taxes, mortgage insurance, mortgage payment, household bills. I haven't been performing a lot last month and slow this month. Studio work has been ok but doesn't pay all the bills. So what I am going to do is get the bass drum happening first. I need 10 trods and claws. I have 10 bullet Slingerland rods I can use on the batter side for now and some spare Ludwig claws I had so I can play it. Need a SK1 for the batter. Have a black dot on it I had from a purchase. I use Ambassadors I am borrowing from another kit for now. That black dot sounds horrible. To me anyway. So that is the first thing on the agenda. So the whole kit sounds good as a 4 piece. I need a 13" and 16" rim too. Then a little at a time. So will get with ya later Rims n Skins on some stuff. Good to know someone has some things. I can use DW screws for the mounts. Same size. I have the 13" on the mount now and it's fine. So now going to rob some heads from my other Rogers kit. One thing I have noticed. I have never owned a black kit before and looking at it, it doesn't seem any larger than my 22" kits. The dark color makes it look , just doesn't strike me as larger like my other 24". Going to make some good pics in the morning. iPad camera is not so great at night.

This is how I am going to utilize them. I took every bolt and piece apart and soaked, scrubbed, wiped, polished, etc. I am going to enjoy these.

Wish I had my other camera. They look better than these pics. Still have some things to do, but they are very playable now.
