Rogers dynasonic snare repair

I have a really nice Rogers dynasonic snare drum. The problem is there are two snare strands missing. Can these be resoldered . Where would I get the two missing strands? Or in the alternative, who could perform this repair for me. Mark in San Diego 619 997-9954
