Rogers Dynasonic COB Snare Drum Need Help To Identify Last viewed: 5 hours ago

Loading...

I have 15 Dyna-Sonic snare drums, including the 171st built, the lowest Beavertail factory drum, 4 wood 10 ply XP10s from the early 80s, I love the Dyna-Sonic. All of my sets and the vast majority of my snare drums, are Rogers.

If the import duty wasn't restrictive, your drum would be a nice one to own. I love Rogers drums.

Hi Ploughman..When i buy from the USA i always buy on the global system. The customs this side is ridiculous. One little question for you. I was reading through rob cooks rogers book online, on page 35 or 36 about english rogers it said that the shells used were 5 line on the english dyna. Also as you know ivor arbitor was the main importer of rogers and other drums to the UK back in the 60's. The autotune kit which i have had rogers fitments. Sorry to babble i just love the history. Thanks sean.

I am not sure about the five line shells on English drums. They did copy the seven line shell. A question you can direct to Alan Watt. He is the expert.
